Microsoft to roll out speech-to-text dictation for Word and OneNote on the web over next few weeks with PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook online adding it in 2019  —  Microsoft first started rolling outs its dictation feature in the Word desktop app earlier this year, and it's now making its way to web versions of Office.
