The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed a plea of 21 opposition leaders seeking review of its order on the random matching of VVPAT slips with EVMs during LS polls, saying that the court is "not inclined" to modify its order.In the plea, senior advocate AM Singhvi said that VVPAT slips counting should be done on at least 25% of EVMs for the general election.
