A bench headed by CJI Ranjan Gogoi reserved its verdict on a batch of petitions seeking review of its last year Dec 14 judgment which had dismissed the pleas challenging India's agreement with France to procure 36 Rafale fighter jets. Attorney General K K Venugopal, objected to the review petition saying the grounds for review are the same as they were in the main petition.
