The Indiana Hoosiers tied the game up late in the fourth quarter behind Michael Penix Jr. The Penn State Nittany Lions scored 14-unanswered points prior to the Hoosiers game-tying score. The Nittany Lions followed this score up with by missing a last-second field goal.
