SEC confirms it is investigating SoftBank in response to a FOIA request on its trading activities, after SoftBank was alleged to be a Nasdaq whale last year  —  A response to a Freedom of Information request about Softbank's trading activity has revealed that the Uber and Wework investor is under investigation.
